July 20: ABC15 Hosts Water Drive
ABC15 has teamed up with White Water Bottling Company and St. Mary’s Food Bank Alliance for a one-day water drive to help the less fortunate in our community. On Thursday, July 20, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., more than 70 Valley Goodwill locations will serve as drop-offlocations (addresses listed at abc15.com/water). In addition, volunteers will be collecting monetary donations from a phone bank from 9 a.m. to noon and 4 to 7 p.m.
The Shops at Norterra’s Summer Reading Rewards Program
The Shops at Norterra is helping Valley school children avoid the “summer slide” and keep up their reading skills during summer break. Now through July 31st, kids ages 6 to 12 are encouraged to read every day and track the number of minutes they read to earn prizes from participating stores and restaurants.

Aquarium Offers Free Admission to Shark Week Blood Drive Participants
This Shark Week, individuals can help save lives and get closer to sharks and other marine life with the American Red Cross at the SEA LIFE Arizona Aquarium Shark Week Blood Drive on Sunday, July 23, from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Those who come out to donate will receive a ticket for free admission to the aquarium, while supplies last.

Swim School to Open in Gilbert
Aqua-Tots Swim Schools will open its newest location in Gilbert on July 24, making it the 12th location in the Valley. The new school will be located at 2335 S. Lindsay Rd.
In honor of the grand opening, Aqua-Tots Gilbert will offer complimentary swim lessons to the public during its sneak peek week from July 18-22. Throughout this week, attendees can enjoy as many free swim lessons as they’d like. Aqua-Tots Gilbert will also host a Friends and Family event on July 15.
